The expressions “We,” “Our” or “Us”, and similar expressions, are referred to CLICK GLOBAL SERVICES LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company also doing business under the fictitious name of TIME 4 CLICK. The expressions “You,” “Your,” and “Yours,” and similar expressions, are referred to the individual accessing the Site, and/or the legal entity obtaining information and/or conducting transactions through the Site. Access and use of the Site and information provided by the Site is restricted to persons of legal age.
This Privacy and Data Policy notifies You about the information We may collect from You, how We collect it, and what We do with it. This policy is also applicable to Our affiliates and service providers. If You do not agree to this Policy, then You have no right to access and/or use the Site.
This Privacy and Data Policy applies to every person and/or entity accessing and using the Site and/or using the services provided by the Site, regardless such person or entity has applied and/or obtained a registration as a registered user, or not, within the Site. The mere research and gathering of information by virtue of the Site will be deemed as use of the Site, and therefore, covered by this Policy.

In addition to This Privacy and Data Policy, if We use third party providers such as PayPal®, You will also be bound by such third party provider’s terms and policies as to the collection and use of Your information.
Both holders of a Client Account (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions) as well as guest users shall be equally subject to this Policy.
We may collect information while You are accessing the Site and using Our online services, and/or when We communicate with You in any other way, such as telephone calls, or written correspondence. This policy also governs such information, as applicable. We also may obtain and use information about You from third parties such as providers of services, or touristic wholesalers, touristic retailers or operators, among other third parties.
TIME 4 CLICK often seeks to collect from You various forms of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information.”) Examples of the types of Personal Information that may be collected at the Site include: Your name, Your address, gender, age, Your e-mail address, Your telephone number, passport and/or other personal identification number, Your fax number, financial information, credit card information, as well as any other personal information required and entered by You while accessing the Site and while communicating with Us in any other way.
As to Your credit card information, We may share it with providers of touristic services. Please note that Hotels, and other sort of lodging accommodations customarily request to have credit card information on file to charge for “incidentals,” namely additional services while You are a guest within those facilities (such as telephone service, pay-per-view shows, service room, boarding, pet fees, cleaning fees, resort fees, _________________________________ _____________ and other amenities and services, as well as additional charges such as fees for smoking in non-smoking areas, and other fees.) By using the services provided and contracted by virtue of Your use of the Site, You are authorizing Us to share Your credit card information with those providers of touristic services that will provide touristic services to You, and You accept to be bound under the policies of those providers of touristic services.
If We use a third party provider of payment and/or credit card processing services, such as PayPal®, they will also collect Your personal and credit card information. Such information may be collected by (and transmitted to) those third party providers, with no intervention by the part of TIME 4 CLICK (for example, by using web-page integration.) You will be subject to the terms, conditions and policies of those third party providers collecting Your information and Your credit card information.
TIME 4 CLICK collects personal information from You when You provide it to Us. For example, if You create a user account, and/or conduct a transaction by virtue of the Site, We will have Your user name You created to have access to the Site, as well as the password You created for such access. You are responsible for safeguarding Your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under Your account, whether or not You have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of Your account. TIME 4 CLICK will also collect information as to Your travel plans and travel history, including, but not limited to itineraries, hotel accommodations, excursions, as well as Your preferences. We will share this information as needed, to provide You with the touristic services contracted by You while using the Site. We may also share this information with our affiliates, suppliers, third-party vendors, and other third parties for marketing purposes, and to offer You touristic services.
If You do not want Us to store Your Personal Information You must send Us an email to privacy@time4click.com requesting the removal of the same.
Because we are merely intermediaries between You and third party providers of touristic services, upon a service contracted by You, we will share Your information with such third party providers of touristic services, such as touristic wholesalers, retailers, and operators with the purpose of providing You with the touristic services contracted by You. Such information can be shared by means of online data integration, or by other means. Once we share that information with such third party providers of touristic services We are no longer in control of Your information, as You shall be subject to the policies and practices of such third parties. By using the Site You agree that We share Your information, including personal and even sensitive information, with the providers of touristic services, and You assume all risks associated with such transmission of Your information.
TIME 4 CLICK may collect and share various types of information that are anonymous, de-identified or otherwise not intended to personally identify You (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”) when You visit the Site. TIME 4 CLICK reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time and without prior notice. You are charged to verify this Policy at the moment of visiting the Site, placing service orders, booking touristic services and/or providing information to Us. If You are a registered user within the Site We may, but are not obligated, to provide You with a notification as to such modification. TIME 4 CLICK will update the “Effective Date” information upon a modification of this Policy. If the modified Policy is not acceptable to You, You should cancel any user account, and cease accessing and using the Site. However, information about You collected prior to You canceling Your Account and/or accessing the Site will be still subject to this Policy.
You agree to receive calls, including autodialed and/or pre-recorded message calls, as well as SMS or other text messages from TIME 4 CLICK and its service providers, at any of the telephone numbers (including mobile telephone numbers) that We have collected for You. We may call You: (i) to contact You for reasons relating to your account or Your use of the services contracted by You by using the Site, or as authorized by applicable law; (ii) for marketing, promotional, or other reasons that You have either previously consented to or that You may be asked to consent to in the future. Telephone and text charges may apply if we contact You at a mobile number or device. We may share your telephone numbers with TIME 4 CLICK’S affiliates, for their use.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy and Data Policy and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regards to its conflict of law provisions. Any claim or dispute that may arise between You and Us relating in any way to or arising out of this Privacy and Data Policy or Your access and/or use of the Site will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Dispute Resolution Section contained in the General Terms & Conditions. Therefore, any claim or dispute shall be settled through arbitration. Any arbitration will proceed on an individual basis and not as part of a class proceeding. In the event that the agreement to arbitrate is found not to apply, the state or federal courts located in the Miami-Dade County of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You and TIME 4 CLICK waive the right to a trial by jury and agree that any litigation will proceed on an individual basis and will not proceed as part of a class action.
